In the end, it seems as if the pressure got to Ebony with all the critiques, thus she gave the whole show the boot. Was it really that she wanted to go? Don't think so, but her reasons were that she was tired of all the put downs and missed her family. Maybe if the judges words were softer or her skin tougher, she would have chosen to stay. Maybe. We may never know.
Bye Ebony! Keep your head up. Never quit. Modeling is a rough game and it's not always about the smile. There will be many frowns. She is a beautiful young lady with wonderful model qualities still.

I believe Ebony is very mature for her age. I wish her the best of luck in her future and I hope she will reassess her path to her goal, and pick one she will be proud to look back on once she achieves it. As you get older you realize no one should have to be humiliated, especially in public, to have the possibility of going to the next level or to get a job.
As far as Tara is concerned, I believe she went through hell to get where she is and felt hurt that a girl, with this girls possibilities, has left her show. How dare Ebony do that to me! sort of thing. I can't blame Tara for being upset but if a person, especially as young as this person, under the pressure of seeing their goal slip away and with the whole world watching, was able to control them self enough to depart the situation with dignity they should be treated with such.
As far as liking or disliking the article? It is heartless, inhumane, disgusting. Slanderous in fact. What are you thinking? It looks like it is written with the intent of antagonizing the situation. You make Tara look worse because she said what she said in the heat of the moment. Quitter? What makes you think Ebony is a quitter? Do you see the future? It is possible she quits, yes. But you don't know if she has quit or not.
OK. Lets clear one thing. If you were climbing a mountain with the mountain peak as the goal, OK? A quarter of the way up the mountain you came across this crevasse. It is huge and dangerous around the edges. If you cross this crevasse, it will shorten the time and distance to the peak and your climbing buddies are with you 100%. If you stop, turn around and go home to bitch moan and cry about how that crevasse screwed up your mountain climbing adventure, your a quitter. If you stop and reassess, then select a different path and go around the crevasse, and do this each time you come to a decision point until you get to the peak you can then look back at your achievements and be damn proud of what yourself.
You, as the person running this operation, may want to stop and reassess what you are doing with your life and doing to other peoples lives. Are you really going to be proud of yourself for being an agitating little turd disturber when you get to be 60 years old and look back on your life?
