She is a beauty, so no tucks.  Naomi Campbell went under the knife for a cyst removal in Sao Paulo. Though it was an emergency op, things went well and Naomi is still in tact.  That's wonderful for the 37 year old British model who is known for her spicy attitude and strut down the runways.
