For anyone who has been following Naomi Campbell over the last months, one knows that she has been caught up in a blood diamond crime where the former Liberian president Charles Taylor is standing trial. Over the past weeks, Naomi has vehemently denied all involvement and claims that place her in direct contact with blood diamonds coming from the former president. Word has it that Naomi did in fact receive blood diamonds from men who presented them two her while before witnesses who have given their word on the issue, despite what Naomi denies.
Presently, Naomi is being ordered to testify about the night she is said to have taken blood diamonds as a gift from Charles Taylor, however, the lawyer for Naomi Campbell has come to her defense calling the subpoena a publicity stunt while at the same time causing the supermodel to have concerns about her own safety if she has to testify.
