So here is the deal. Model Julie Henderson is dating big timer, Russell Simmons. Russell Simmons is black and Julie Henderson is white. Many people don’t like that due to the fact that they are either racists or believe that a black man of his prestige should stick to all that is black as he used to do i.e. Kimora Lee Simmons, his ex wife. Others feel that a white woman has no parts to do with a black man – even if he is rich. Some even feel that she is a gold digger…with a big shovel.
Julie Henderson disagrees and loudly in a rant.
“There is still a tremendous amount of poverty, suffering and pain in the black community, and for that I am deeply sorry. But, I have to say the angry responses to those realities are sometimes misdirected… Just for the record, I am nobody’s white b**ch, gold digger or fame chaser. Nor am I any of the other mean things I have been called lately. I don’t need anything from anybody, I come from a good family and I’m a young independent successful model making my way in NYC.”
Hmmm…does that say it all? Yes, it pretty much does, however, the part that could tick off many is that part where she zooms in on “poverty, suffering and pain in the black community”. Many times, this type of thing coming from someone who is of another race while dating a black person makes people wonder if she is trying to identify a bit too much. There is poverty, suffering and pain everywhere in the world, including in white communities, so what was the point in that statement again? And then the apology thing. That’s cool in a sense if it is to apologize for her forefather’s sins against humanity if they were slave owners and traders and family dividers. This should actually be commended as she can say sorry for all the difficulties that some have had to encounter as a result of slavery.
Anyway, there are those who hate the fact that good ole Russell Simmons is stomping on “white” ground(Julie Henderson) since his split with Kimora. Well, why are they mad? Do they want to get with him? Maybe, but altogether, who cares what color the woman is that he chooses to date. So she isn’t black. Imagine her to be black and get over it. They make a pretty nice blend.

The fact is she was born in weathly family does not deny she is a gold digger. Anyway what is up with all the model they all get screwed head. Do not want to work hard and does not care about what their kids will be like. they are selfish and celfcenter. i rather she shut up and dig gold.
