It was back in November of 2021 that Virgil Abloh, the founder of the black-owned fashion brand OFF-WHITE passed away at the age of 41. Since then, Ib Kamara has been on the back in leading the designs, however, allowing for the mourning of Virgil Abloh for years. Over the weekend, however, Ib Kamara manifested himself as Off-White’s Creative Director.
The Off-White luxury brand brings Africa and America together, and the native born Sierra Leonean has the proven talent of bringing detail and design together to form one of the more creative fashion lines of the African Diaspora.
